Neapolitan Smoothie.
1 or 2 bananas (frozen or not)
1 c strawberries (frozen or not)
1/2 c whatever milk (vanilla almond is tasty)
1 T cocoa powder
Blend it!
One of the fruit things should be frozen so it’s deliciously cold. You can add in other goodies like 1/2 c oatmeal, 1 T flax meal, 1 T whatever protein, or if you’re feeling wild - a handful of spinach.
