This is a drink I’ve been making lately. I don’t have a lot of time to cook or eat in the morning, so something that is portable and pourable is preferred. There’s protein, fiber, fruit, omegas, and it’s pretty filling.
1 c whatever milk (vanilla almond is my fave)
1/2 c quick oats
1-2 T peanut butter
1 T flax meal
1 T protein powder (optional - I use hemp seed)
1/2 t vanilla (if you’re not using a vanilla flavored milk)
